How much does it cost for me to join?
There is an upfront fee of £99 +VAT and then you only pay a small percentage on each sale. Basically, if you don't sell, you don't pay, which makes Store2Door a very low-risk option. To find out more detailed information on our pricing structure, please get in touch.
How much does it cost my customer?
There will be a small service charge per transaction paid by the customer at the point of order.
Who does the deliveries?
At this moment, it is up to the retailer to manage the deliveries. However, we are constantly looking at ways to improve our service to both customers and retailers.
Can any retailer sign up with Store2Door?
Store2Door is working with carefully selected retailers in each area to ensure that the local area is not flooded with retailers making the same offer. We believe in the commercial advantage that Store2Door offers and so we will only work with a certain number of retailers per region.
How long does it take to get started?
We will work with you to get your store up and running as soon as possible – typically between 3-5 days subject to our verification process.
Will Store2Door integrate with my existing EPOS?
Store2Door integrates with a number of EPOS brands. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
Does every product in my store have to be listed?
No, you won’t need to list your entire store – only the bestsellers. Our team here at Store2Door has vast industry expertise and we will help you select the best products for your customers.
